Excellent threading tool.

I had to replace my Wiss thread cutter. The blades no longer cut. But since I bought it in 1967 (50 years ago) I got my money's worth. This type of clipper has many advantages: sharp blades (that's a problem with my old clipper), blades always open and ready to cut thread, comfortable grip, and a plastic sheath to cover the blades. Some of the complaints concerned people being stabbed. In the 50 years that I've used clippers, I've never cut myself, and I didn't have a protective case for them…

A happy thread and a notch!

Can't believe it took me decades to get one of these. I've always wanted the ginger version of the scissors but found them to be overpriced. All of the cheaper scissors had enough bad reviews to make me feel like there was a 50/50 chance I could end up with a defective pair. These Wiss scissors have great reviews so I ordered a pair. They are cool! Super sharp full length blades, no weird scratches or blades that won't slide over each other. Now I can stop using those stupid cheap scissors that

Great for flower trimming

I've tried half a dozen different flower trimming shears and this one has always worked the best. They work much better than classic scissors because your fingertips are right in your work, making it easy and quick to wield the blades over and over again (as some of you know!). Don't think about using a different design again. There are similar designs out there but I don't know of any that are as good. All-metal cases are cool, but their shape isn't great for long-term use. They fit my fingers
