Like most other reviewers, the first sweater I received was too small. My dog is a Mini American Eskimo and he weighs about 15 pounds. I had to order an XXL to roughly fit him. But it worked. It's a good weight for cold weather, but it's too heavy to leave at home. This is an adult dog but too heavy for indoor use. Very nice pattern - red, white and blue hearts.

I got this for our smelly little butt Sasha the rat terrier. I bought it for her in size XL and for the most part it fits her well. The material is very nice and it is well made. It's like the quality of a human sweater. It comes with a hood, but she has big pointy ears and the hood doesn't have ear holes so it doesn't stay on her head. Overall this is a great sweater and I will definitely be getting it again, in other colors too.

I was unable to use this product as it is a few sizes too small for my 17 lb dog. Unfortunately I didn't order big enough. The sweater is very cute and appears to be well made. Although it's not as stretchy as other sweaters I've bought in the past. I believe if the correct size was ordered you would be happy with your purchase. Just keep an eye on seller sizes and don't base your selection on sizes you've ordered from other sellers in the past.

I ordered a medium size for our little Yorkie (he weighs about 7 pounds) and the sweater was very small. It was really tight on him and it didn't go deep enough into his back. Width and length were too small. Also, the sweater is cute, but I can't imagine it would go with anything other than a tiny Yorkie. and it was a medium size! Very cute and quite good quality. It runs small because this XL is perfect for my 12 week old 15 lb puppy and will probably not fit him anymore as he is growing fast. He has another hoodie (different brand) in large that fits a little loosely. There is no hole in the back - the others we have have one so you have a seat belt underneath and want to put it on. It was all my fault! I haven't met our new granddaughters yet and when our daughter told me Rocky loves his sweaters I genuinely hoped this one would fit him. I have four cats, no dogs, but I knew if a cat lost weight it would probably love this sweater and I think she loves it. After wearing it, she was able to escape quickly, so I know her movements are unaffected. She could even walk backwards, which I didn't know she was capable of. I love this sweater! My little rescue Chihuahua is very cool, so I often dress him in sweaters to keep him warm. I bought a few cheap ones that didn't hold up very well. This one is actually cheap too, but you'll never know! It's a heavier sweater and a much tighter knit which I think will prevent the material from tearing or stretching.
