Women'S 1920S Gatsby Fringe Mini Dress Flapper Costume Review

Good dress for a one night occasion. A lot of the strings fell off just trying it one. But I’m wearing for one night only so not a big deal. Straps are elastic and comfortable. It will be a great free to dance in! I’ll post pictures at a later date. Also I usually wear a small and ordered a small and it fits fine. I’m 5’9 and the length is just above my knees.

The quality of this is just okay. It’s not going to last more than a few wears. The main fabric is stretchy but the bands the fringe is sewn to do not stretch. For me one of those bands hits where my hips are widest so it’s tight there. The fringe does shed a bit so you have to be careful they don’t get pulled. I’m 5’8” 145lbs 34B, curvy. I ordered the medium at first and it was too tight on my hips. Returned for the large. It’s still tight right at my hips but not as difficult to get on and…

This dress is very short, like mini skirt shirt. I ordered a Large because I am in between med-large, so I got a large and it got okDespite the length.

This dress is exactly like the pictures, and it was perfect for my event! The fit was great my only complaint is the adjustable straps kept loosening causing the chest to fall about 2 inches a couple times an hour which was annoying. The tassel kept falling off and there was a trail behind me the entire night but nothing excessive and there is still over majority is left. Behind the tassel is a bit see through.

The fringe falls off so easy it’s not stretchy where there is fringe it runs small so get a size up good thing I only need it for one night not worth the price I think but ok for a costume

I bought this dress and it fit as expected it was beautiful. The neckline does not V down like in the picture maybe it was just the one I ordered but it made a U shape and looked super awkward on me. I have a bigger chest so maybe that is why.

This dress was huge and super long. It did not fit at all like pictured. The straps did not match pictures and the fringe was spaced out and gappy. I needed the dress to be about 3 in shorter and 1-2 sizes smaller. Very disappointed huge waste of money

New year’s Eve Gatsby themed party rocked with this dress. My wife looked great and the dress fit wonderfully. She was comfortable, the dress wasn’t too short and I didn’t hug the middle.

This was a beautiful dress but, I order it in a size small and my butt just would not let me love it. So ladies if you have a small waist with a big butt, do your self a favor and go up one size. So I returned the small and waiting on the Medium dress to arrive.

It’s a cute dress. fit as expected. I did lose a few strings but it wasn’t noticeable. I received a lot of nice compliments! I loved how the dress hid my belly!

I had to sew the dress under the arms to fit better but great for a one time wear/special occasion. Everyone went crazy over it.

It was losing tassels as I took it out of the package. I returned this item. It was really beautiful and I would have liked to wear it had it been sewn better. The stitching holding the tassels to the material of the dress was coming undone.

Love the style but it didn’t fit as expected. It was way too small. If you are busty at all (D cup or bigger) you’d better order a size larger than you normally would. I had to send this back.

The stretch was ok. The straps are horrible I had to keep pulling them up all night. Reason because the flare makes it super heavy everywhere especially the chest area.

I was excited to wear this to a last minute event, but could not even fit the dress over my chest. I’d size up two sizes and beware that it is very low cut (revealing for us ladies with big boobs!) and short cut.

Loved the cut of this and the look, but it didn't have much give, so it didn't fit me well. The shop owner was very responsive to my messages and accommodating.

This dress was so cute and unique. I got it for a frat formal for something fun and different. I wish the straps were adjustable because they’re very long and it was impossible to put a needle through them to make a stitch. The tassels also fell out A LOT so it is definitely a one or two wears and done dress
