This has been described on the swimsuit cover but is not breathable. I thought it was light and transparent and it looks more like polyester. It's pretty but not something I'd want to wear as a cape for a swim or even on the 4th of July as it's hot.

Came exactly as pictured. It's pretty cute for my 4th birthday July but if you are expecting a hot day don't plan on wearing it. It doesn't breathe at all. I've been sweating in it and it was 90 degrees during the day. I wish it was a lighter cotton. It's very loose and flows well.

I'm a size 18/20 or 2XL and was very concerned as it was a one size. Some of us ladies know this is not always the case. I figured if it didn't fit I could always send it back. I was pleasantly surprised that it fits the way I like it. I don't want it to be too tight; Just the right amount of space in front. It was perfect. I'm 42D so I'm not massive on top. The back was long enough to cover my entire butt and reached mid-thigh.

It's VERY light, the colors are great, the polyester is more like chiffon (light) with no buttons so it's open like a kimono, the length goes down the buttocks so I'm comfortable in tight pants.
