Veradek panels cannot handle outdoor use. They cannot withstand moderate windy conditions and the two panel stands I bought tipped over at just 13 mph. When they tip over, the side rails become permanently bent. I checked with my building code office and these cannot be made sturdy enough without attaching to a load-bearing retaining wall, which costs 10 times the price of the panels.
