Important Info About Outdoor Use! Do Not Buy!

Veradek panels cannot handle outdoor use. They cannot withstand moderate windy conditions and the two panel stands I bought tipped over at just 13 mph. When they tip over, the side rails become permanently bent. I checked with my building code office and these cannot be made sturdy enough without attaching to a load-bearing retaining wall, which costs 10 times the price of the panels. These are way under-built, and in my estimation would require side rails at least 2×2 inch square tubing.Fortunately, when I enquired with Veradek about buying these in quantity ($1,700 worth of panels) I was treated so poorly by Elisha in customer service that I only bought one of each (one each of the 3-panel and 4-panel), so I didn't waste too much money, only about $670.Do not buy these if you want to use them outdoors. They are flimsy and will bend as soon as they smack the ground. (They won't last an entire day.)
