Love this bag except it arrived very crumpled. It was carelessly folded and poorly packed in a bag, and the tarpaulin made it look bad. I've tried smoothing out the wrinkles with little success.

I received my bag today and was so excited to open it, this is my third Chala purchase and every one of them has been perfect and as unique as you can get however this one was supposed to come with a turtle purse (pictured front) and a yorkshire terrier purse instead sooooo disappointed!change the purse for the one i ordered if possible!
