Vmcute dress but not for anyone under 110 lbs

This dress was very cute. However, my daughter is pretty tiny being 5ft 4 in and about 105lbs. We tried to rig the dress to fit better. Which kind of worked but really i think its just suitable for someone a little bigger than her. She wore it for homecomming and did get compliments .
