Women'S Vintage 50S Halter Dress - Perfect For Rockabilly Parties! Review

I got this dress in the Lemon print, trimmed in white ribbon, and I loved the quality and fit so much, (not to mention the low price!), I ordered it the Skull print, trimmed in black ribbon, too. A size Small fits me perfectly (for reference, I'm 5'6", 114 lbs, 32A, waist 26.6). Although I believe the description says that the Skull print dress is made from satin, I discovered that BOTH my Lemon print and Skull print dresses were made of a cotton blend material. I'm definitely not complaining…

Overall, I’m very pleased. Fabric seems nice quality and is the accurate color and look of what I saw advertised.It fits very nicely (I ordered size small, I’m 5’6” and weigh about 115). Didn’t notice the zipper ‘till after I took the dress off, but the fabric stretches a bit, allowing me to pull it on and off.It looks nice when worn over the petticoat that I ordered (different seller). For less than $20 the dress is okay. Style is nice and purple/black combination is pretty but sadly the dress is not flattering on my body. For reference I am 5’7” 146lbs, wear a size 10 and bought a XL, it was VERY snug but "just” fit. I would keep if it was flattering on. If you purchase keep in mind that it is made of basic cotton and wrinkles very easily

It fits like a glove. The only thing I did different to this dress was that I put on a petticoat under to make the dress fluff up and give it volume and dimension. Plus it makes it look wonderful. I recommend it. The style is gorgeous and the fabric is insanely light and fitting with a little give. It came with a black sash but I didn’t wear it due to the fact that I felt it didn’t need it. But it’s optional to wear it cause it’s not attached to the dress. But over all it’s an excellent buy…

I love this dress so much that I've ordered others with a different print.I actually bought them for church but like I said it is beautiful and now I don't only wear them to church.

The dress is quite nice. Just a bit longer. I am 5”1. And I bought XS. I took it to alter it shorter. It’s so perfect now. 😊 May not be appropriate for those who do not enjoy retro fashion!

Dress color was as depicted. The back is smocked elastic so there is give. The material is nothing a would consider wearing every day, more like something you would wear to a costume party. Well put together but not something I will keep but worth it for a once or twice wear. Ribbons and black trim cheap. Returning for a higher quality dress.
