I love everything about this product. I ordered miracle plastic hangers, took them out of the box, hung 5 t-shirts on the hangers, untied one side and very carefully let them hang and watched them fall to the floor. they split up I just hang jackets, jeans and t-shirts on these metal hangers. I also don't have to pick them up again to access the hanging items. I just reach out and remove the hangar with the item I want to use. I have already ordered two more sets of this product. I received my Wonder Hangers today and am excited to start organizing my closet. When I was hanging my jeans I noticed that the 360 degree hooks are very difficult to rotate and then I had a part of the hook in my hand. and I like SOMETHING WITH IT!. I was able to tuck it back in, but when I hung my pants over it, the hook popped out again. Then I went to try another one and the hook BROKEN IN MY HANDS. It is bent in a V-shape between the two ends of the hooks. They weren't heavy pants like jeans. Also, some of my hangers are made of durable plastic and the hanger hooks were too thick to fit the slots. not easy when you have to remove four hangers to hang one with the right group. Finally, I think space is saved when you drop a hook off the rod, but you still need to have enough "unused" rod space to bring it back to horizontal. These should be back.
