Installed on my 2017 X5 50i and it fits perfectly. The product has been wrapped in plastic to protect the black gloss from scratches. The adhesive seems to be quite comparable to 3M VHB.

So they look fantastic, unfortunately they are about 20% smaller than my factory models and because BMW tends to strip paint when you take them off. The new ones don't cover where the paint has risen under the shaft due to tape tension. I recommend continuing to add them when they are the right size for you. Measure!

This is a real emblem, not a sticker! The color is as described and oddly matches the OEM. This emblem is not exactly the same as OEM. You have to look closely and most people won't notice the small difference. It's a bit more "manly" than OEM. I actually like it better as it's more masculine for my twin turbo X5 (E70). See video for small differences. I keep my old emblem (in white primer) under the new one.
