I've tried posture correctors before and while they work, they can be pretty uncomfortable. This is one is more comfortable in a lot of ways, except maybe the most important - under the arms. To pull your shoulders back, you have to pull the straps hard around the rib cage, but that causes the shoulder strap to cut under the arms. This fit pretty good for me. I am small and thin and I still got it snug enough. It does offer support and trying to slouch is uncomfortable but not painful and doesn’t over correct, it still allows for movement. I can’t wear this and relax but that’s the point is being reminded when you’re not paying attention. It doesn’t prevent you from bending though. Good quality materials with very strong Velcro so no worries about it coming off even when tight around your belly.The brace does naturally help your posture, without feeling like a rock pressing into your back. Only thing I wish it had was adjustable shoulder straps to make it tighter for smaller body frames. Otherwise it’s great.

I'll start by saying it can be beneficial for some. Now with that being said it didn't quite work for me. The overall fit was uncomfortable to me. It did make me sit up straight but it was too uncomfortable for me to keep on. It didn't help with my back pain it actually added to it. So I would not recommend this product to my friends and family.

I'm starting to get very poor posture from working on a computer all day. I was hoping this brace would help me to stop hunching over. Mine came in a bit small. This works great as a "back reminder". I call them that because it reminds me to stand up straight. Great support and I love the belt across the front. I hate fighting the once that only have adjustments on the back or the shoulders. This one makes it much easier to adjust and move if needed.

My wife has used this product for several days and feels it helps with her back pain, specially after a bad night sleep. However, she mentions it bothers her underarms after wearing it for a few minutes. It might be that shee needs a bigger size, as we got the smaller one. Overall it does help with back support and posture correction.

I have used this for about a month now and I have notice that it helps relive some of the tension in my upper neck and back. I wear it for about 2 hours in the evening and while at my desk on occasion.If you have upper back issues this may help you find some relief but be sure you treat the root cause as well.

Love this product! I have always had back pain and this works great for my back. I have worn it everyday when I come home from work while I am doing things around the house. Perfect for me! I just started a speed walking program 1 weeks ago at was at the point of choosing to increase distance or intensity. Seeing as how I’m usually out at 5am in the dark I chose intensity over distance and these certainly helped. I wear them around the house too and love that some of the weight is removable.
