Got this for my daughter to help with her posture, as she tends to kind of arch up her back & the Dr is having her practice different ways to help "straighten up" The quality looks & feels great. Looks very well made, not something that's going to shred in a few uses. The problem is that she says it's not comfortable & feels a little tight. This brace came with directions to ease into using it just a little bit at a time and that was really helpful. It feels like a gentle stretch not super constraining or uncomfortable.The only thing I don’t love about it is that the Velcro around the waist is only about 4” wide left to right. So, with the overlap being so small it gets kind of crooked in the front instead of staying straight. And the elastic around the shoulders gets a little bunched up.

so let me start off saying im a big guy like 6'4 and 220 lbs and i could still get this thing around me but it was uncomfortable to wear it regularly myself as i am basically in a corset when i put it on but for regular sized people this would be great haha. the material is soft quality material and the construction is pretty good as well. good product as long as your not a larger person

The item was too small for my frame(have a big belly),so I gave it to my sister to try and use, and she said it is VERY comfortable to wearand the support, keeping her shoulders back and neck up straight, works great!I probably would have given it 5-stars, if it had fit me, as I have had kneck injuries I washoping to alleviate!

Perfect weight but they were for my daughter who is in cheer. She has small ankles and we needed to make so.e adjustments for her. Have held up well during daily use!
