I bought these for my aunt to cover her diaper. This helped contain the leak, but we couldn't get rid of the smell even after several washes.

I originally bought them to fold cloth diapers, but unfortunately they don't have enough waistband. I put them over a disposable cloth diaper and they fit. They were able to quell the smell but not the leakage, the elastics on the legs are fabric so they ended up soaking my couch.

I've finally found a cotton lined diaper cover and I love the added security and comfort. They've never leaked so I trust them, with or without a cotton lining. The most important thing I would like to share is that even with my size I had to go to medium. The small one was too tight for my comfort and the medium one is perfect. I got a freer version of this so I'm checking this out. It fit very well and wasn't too big. It looks, feels and sounds far nicer than those made to look like plastic bags. The person I got this for likes these better than the others. They leaked once after a large amount of liquid, so I wouldn't recommend them at night. If it hadn't leaked I would have given 5 stars.

My son is 14 years old and weighs 110 pounds, 5 feet and 5 inches. The little one fits perfectly. The leg holes fit well but leave no red marks and my son showed no signs of discomfort. He wears a diaper with a pad and it leaks several times a day. When he wore them, he had no leaks on his clothes. The inside can be wet if the diaper leaks but doesn't get on his clothes. Urinary incontinence is a big problem for me. I'm old and fell out of bed and rushed to the bathroom. So I needed a way to not take my time anymore. Getting the right size is an issue with this product but once this is overcome the product is very comfortable and will not leak when used over a regular adult diaper. The blanket should be higher on the body, at least to the waist. . It fits over my hipbones. At night I wear 2 adult diapers, 2 pads and a diaper bag. I am satisfied with my size 4X.

Waist/height not high enough. The height from top of waist seam to top of leg is 8 inches in seam for a large size. 2xl 9.5 inch. 5xl 7.5 inch. Why 5xl is lower pant than plus size is far from true.
