Urinary incontinence is a big problem for me. I'm old and fell out of bed and rushed to the bathroom. So I needed a way to not take my time anymore. Getting the right size is an issue with this product but once this is overcome the product is very comfortable and will not leak when used over a regular adult diaper. The blanket should be higher on the body, at least to the waist. . It fits over my hipbones. At night I wear 2 adult diapers, 2 pads and a diaper bag. I am satisfied with my size 4X. I'm a 5'4" female and 210 lbs. A 3X size would probably work, but I didn't want to risk a different size being too small. Hope this helps someone. .
