Don't expect much for $12 - cord length is great - you get a lot of bulbs but overkill. LOTS cheap feel and look. But still for a child's room. Plugged it in a few times to check, lots of light combos are good. went to pull - and all the other lights went out. Total time from opening to beginning installation is 15 minutes, maybe seriously. I will spend more for quality.

They give off a beautiful, soft, warm glow. It has 8 different modes: Combination, Waves, Sequential, Slo Glo, Chasing Flash, Slow Fade, Twinkle Flash and Steady On. As they are waterproof I attached them to the underside of a shade sail hanging over my deck for nice atmospheric lighting. And because they're LED, they're cool to the touch. Excellent purchase! Terrible product, waste of money. First, they smell so awful I had to take them outside and burn the box they came in. Second, the quality is so cheap that I will never feel confident using it. The plastic that wraps the wiring is paper thin, reminding me of cling film. I'm surprised they're allowed on the market, they're a fire hazard. If I didn't live miles from the post office in the woods I would return it. Don't waste your money, they are too dangerous to use.

Supplied in a box. There is a plastic bag in the package. The plastic bag contains the lights. You looked amazing. When I took them out of the packaging, the smell was overwhelming. I plugged them in outside to get rid of the smell. The weather was dry. The light worked for about 5 minutes and then we couldn't turn it on. Searched for fuses but couldn't find them. I got a refund. At least I don't recommend indoor lamps because even if they don't break, the smell is terrible.

Let me tell you these lights are the best thing in the world! We turn them on for my daughter every night and they are so warm she can sleep in them. She is no longer afraid to sleep alone in her room and feels like a princess! They are funnier and more beautiful than ordinary lanterns, especially in the shape of a star. At first I liked these lights. One or two of them didn't glow, and one or two of them didn't have a plastic star, but I didn't care. The only problem was that the setting I wanted (just "ON" with no blinking or anything) is the seventh setting, which means I had to press the button 6 times every time I turned the light on, so they stayed on. This was just a minor annoyance until the button stopped working a few weeks later. It's hard to register a click, so I have to press the button about 30…
