Good quality wood. The bar rattles slightly when you tear a piece of the roll, but nothing detrimental to its use. Very sturdy..

The quality of this paper towel holder was not what I was hoping for.

This paper towel holder wouldn’t have been sturdy enough fur use in my home. I can’t recommend it for a busy family of constant use of paper towels. Perhaps with minimal use it would be ok.

  • I got this for RV. Works great. The rod comes out of holder while traveling.

  • Wooden design may warp or crack if exposed to extreme temperatures

Just what I was looking for!

Easy to install. Adhesion works! Workmanship. I installed it by the cabinet door under the Island sink so it is accessible.

Pros
  • Was eash to assemble. Came with plenty of hardware to install several ways.
Cons
  • I like this because it mounts under the counter but the rod is pretty flimsy in the holder.

Arm was wobbly and unstable on one end. Return was fast and easy.

Unfortunately, one arm of the towel rack was too far away from the dowel rod that held the paper towel and it didn’t work. Also that same arm was wobbly although the other arm was stable. We took it apart to see if we could stabilise it. We did not materialise with success.I give a 3 because the return process was easy and hassle free although the item did not deliver as we had hoped.

FITS TRIPLE ROLLS! good for me

For what this paper towel holder cost, I couldn't be happier.Honestly, my main concern was to find a sturdy wooden wall mount paper towel holder that would accommodate triple rolls. I honestly didn't pay attention to whether or not the type of wood is noted in the description. Without referring back, I think it's safe to assume that it's a hardwood because it looks a lot like our acacia patio furniture as well as the teak trim on our boat.This thing was a cinch to assemble. Screws are wrong but issue corrected

Looks good. Wood pieces fit together snug. Only problem is there are 2 sizes of screws, one holds the three pueces together and the other is for mounting. The screws sent to hold it together are way too short. The ones for mounting are long enough but now i gotta find some tiny screw to fit the resessed hole. Send me some more screws and i will change to Stars

Looks good and seems to be sturdy. The roller can unspool towel pretty quickly, though, and can come loose from the holder at times.

Good not great on my review.

Great product and idea. Love the color of the wood too, but it made with less quality than I expected. And the holes and screws are very small. It did come with anchors but the anchor and screw are already starting to come out of the wall just from using for 2 months.

great look best in my review

I really like this paper towel holder it is classic and it is sturdy enough but the one issue I noticed is when my husband goes to tear his paper towel off the rod comes out of the arms and I fixed it by using a rubber band at the top of the arms and he hasnt had that issue anymore. Like I said this is a good looking and sturdy paper towel holder and I still like it a lot.
