Does not perform as pictured.

Tunnels aren’t big enough for any standard tabletop trains to go through. It looks like you should be able to build a track through each tunnel but only the center tunnel is big enough.

Arrived Broken. TWICE

My little 4 year old buddy was excited for this train bridge and when it arrived it looked like the screw on the side was tightened too much and cause the wood to split/break. Ok, no problem just exchange it. But then the replacement came and it's cracked too the same way!

Inoperable`: my feedback

We bought this for my son as a present from the Easter bunny. The bridge is too big for the opening on the other side and cannot be operated with the pulley. Imagine our disappointment on Easter morning. My husband had to use the electric sander on it. Terrible. Don't bother sending an e-mail to the e-mail address on the insert. It comes back as "undeliverable".

The bridge does not go down flat.

The drawbridge strings won’t allow it to lie flat no matter which way you turn the knob. It appears to be an error in the string attachment.

Purchased for a 3 year old. He loves it and can easily raise the drawbridge up and down. Great addition to his Hape train set.

My son LOVES it! on my review.

My four year loves these wooden train sets and loves picking out add-ons. He was so excited to see this sitting on the table when he woke up this morning. It works really well so far. Good purchase.

Bridge May Need a Little Work

The piece of this drawbridge that actually fits into the other side fits a little too tightly, making it impossible to life the drawbridge just by using the handle and the string. I had to take a pretty aggressive sander to the end to make room for it to open and close easily. It only took a few minutes with a power sander but that’s a few minutes I would rather have not spent. But, it’s cute and the train obsessed kiddo was happy with it.

Cheap, flimsy, poorly designed.

This product looks great but, in practice, is pretty disappointing. It is very lightweight such that when you try to operate the lift the base of the bridge moves around a lot. The bridge deck doesn’t lock in place and tends to separate due to the lightweight materials used. Most annoyingly, the tunnels aren’t high enough for a Thomas and Friends train to pass through making them effectively useless despite the pictures shown on product detail page. Don’t waste your time on this.

A great addition to my son's collection.

I really was excited for this piece to add to my son's train collection. It is everything I thought it would be the color is great the workmanship is excellent. It is very easy to use. I was especially appreciative of this company, it wasn't expected to ship until after Christmas. I was so happy that it arrived 3 days before Christmas thank you for the extra effort.

Disappointed. Doesn't lock together.

Cute drawbridge but there's nothing to hold the pieces together even when drawbridge is down. Not great for toddlers who tend to be a bit clumsy and bump the track.

Poor quality. Poor fit. I'd send this back to Best Buy, but my kid doesn't want to part with the toy.

Didn't hold up on my review.

The bridge broke after barely a month of use. The cord that holds the bridge untied and it is seemingly impossible to re-string the way the bridge is designed. Disappointed for the cost of this bridge.

No Brio people may ride over this bridge

Slight compatibility issue. The hands of Brio people stick out wider than the trains. You can yell at them to get their hands inside the train car all you want, but they cannot, or will not, comply. Due to the width of the vertical supports of this bridge, these passengers prevent their train from passing through. They will have to perform super-hero like jumps or request their train take another path. Otherwise, it’s a lovely little bridge.
