👕 Ultralight Men's Merino Wool Crew Neck Tee Shirt: Wicking, Breathable, and Anti-Odor Solution - Woolly Clothing Review

The material of this particular shirt is very thin. It's very comfortable but not durable. For the first week I had small holes in my shirt because it was hanging from a belt. I've never had this problem with normal cotton. However, it's very comfortable and doesn't require as many washes as a standard tank top. I've been wearing this item 3 days in a row and it still smells fresh.

I sewed the t-shirt ten times and some of the seams at the bottom hem came undone. For $50 it seems a bit hefty. Wool is good for travel, but compared to a regular t-shirt, I'm not worth my money if it becomes useless after a few dozen socks. With any intense activity, I've found that technical t-shirts with odor control like Polygene work much better. The downside is that they tend to shine with normal wear, so you don't look casual. When I received this I was dismayed upon opening it at how thin and light it was. Thought I could at least try it on to see how their sizes fit, but of course I'll have to order one of their other thicker shirts. 5 minutes after putting it on, I realized that I've probably never felt so warm in a t-shirt during winter. just unbelievable. I really like these shirts. This is the softest merino shirt out of dozens of Ibex, Iceberaker, Smartwool. Their anti-odor properties also appear to be better. I've worn them over 10 times including sweaty hikes and still don't smell.
