🎄 Worcester Wreath - 30" Classic Maine Balsam Wreath Review

When I opened the box and pulled out the plastic bag and wreath, there were about 2 cups of needles in the bag. Then I put it on the kitchen table. When I took it, the counter was just littered with pine needles. Obviously old threads. I sent it back. I would think twice about buying this wreath.

This is a great wreath for the price. My parents live in Florida during the winter and my mom is missing a real Christmas tree (we live in New York). Her birthday is in early December so I have been ordering her a Worcester wreath for her birthday for the past 3 years. She totally loves it! It always arrives on time or early, smells great, looks great and lasts over a month, even in the hot Florida weather! I highly recommend!

Due to Covid we didn't have a Christmas party this year, so no tree. But these wreaths make up for the smell and joy of a Christmas tree. This is our second Covid year with no Christmas party and no Christmas tree. It's the second year we've been buying these fresh wreaths, so beautiful and smelling heavenly. I sit down on the bench by the front door just to inhale the scent. I can just unfold them and let them look into the house.

When buying a wreath for a specific location, size matters. A 30 inch wreath of the same quality would have been much better; Buyer beware. The diameter of this 30 inch wreath is much closer to 26 inches. Too bad it now looks small in the space it was supposed to occupy. Also, the $40 price tag doesn't seem like much value. The smell and quality of the material of the wreath are good but what a disappointment that it is not the size advertised.

Order early, delivery took a few weeks. It's beautiful and true to size. I didn't have to decorate but you could if you wanted to. The only thing missing is what others have written about and the main reason I ordered it is the smell. They really didn't exist. Even when it was delivered and I unpacked it, the smell was very faint. (It was packed very well) Due to the size, it is clearly visible from the street and is thick (about 4 inches). I bought this as a surprise for my family for Christmas in Nevada, thinking it would provide a week or two of greenery in the house. The aroma upon opening the box was almost overpowering, but had a distinct chemical smell, like the wreath had been sprayed with some sort of canned Christmas tree scent. I wanted a fresh wreath that would make my house smell like pine trees. At least to smell it when you walk by. There have been previous wreaths that have been smelling heavenly for weeks. I was lucky with this wreath that if I put my nose in the wreath it smelled nice for several days. I don't know why it doesn't have a strong smell. It didn't look like the photo you see. Details (additional decor on it) had to be rearranged as they were hidden in the foliage. It is strange that nothing matches
