The best thing about the software is the ability to get to the employee level. We have been able to give each employee a profile with photo, information, and performance.This has helped us keep up to date with the employees and have better communication with them. This has also allowed us to have access to all of the employees information. We have been able to track hours, and productivity. We have also been able to utilize workaxle for our compliance issues. I like that it's easy to use, not much training required if you have no previous experience with an HR system (I had used Paychex in high school).
