The best thing about the software is the ability to get to the employee level. We have been able to give each employee a profile with photo, information, and performance.This has helped us keep up to date with the employees and have better communication with them. This has also allowed us to have access to all of the employees information. We have been able to track hours, and productivity. We have also been able to utilize workaxle for our compliance issues. Not much to dislike about this program. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great employee tracking software. The benefits are that it has given us the ability to give the employees a profile and keep them updated. It has also allowed us to track and utilize information that we need to comply with. It has also allowed us to have access to all of our employees information.
