These gloves are very thick and can be difficult to grip, but they're great for dirty jobs that require elbow protection. Not suitable for non-small hands as the elastic band may be too tight. If you know your hands are big, you might reconsider ordering. Overall a good product that protects against chemicals and heat.

I use them to clean sticks out of a deep pond drain during the winter months, so they need to be long enough to reach my shoulders, insulated enough to keep my hands and arms warm in freezing water, and strong enough , so as not to break when I drag sticks/twigs. They lasted all winter which is more than I can say about any other pair I've bought. I used them 2-3 times a week, they took a lot of abuse.

Glad the product fits the description: long waterproof PVC gloves with cotton lining. However, a closer look reveals that the elastic is an elastic and is easy to spot as there is a hole in the lining along the edge. Should have looked at the return policy because I threw it away instead. It has protected my hand from hot water and chemicals because I bought it to wash dishes at work.
