Flimsy and Disappointing Workholding Grips

These Industrial and Scientific grips were a complete letdown. The handles feel cheap and wobbly, providing no real grip when clamping down on materials. However, the non marking feature is a plus. Overall, I would not recommend these grips for any heavy duty industrial applications.

Pros
  • Non marking feature
Cons
  • Flimsy, lacking grip strength

I think they are great

Impressed. This is way better than what I spent on a famous brand and they are smaller. This is my new train. So far they have withstood my use of keeping things in place for months and are still the same as when I received them. Very strong.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

ATTENTION JEWELRY BUYERS.

Media could not be loaded. I have this clip to hold my craft wire because it has rubber grips on the ends. Although it works because it clamps, it doesn't hold my wires because the jaws of this clamp are misaligned and tilted to one side. This item is only useless for storing wood not for the purpose I bought it for. This item is defective. And while it doesn't say I can use it to make jewelry, I know I can, I've seen other crafters use the same tool. Also note the scratches on this item…

Pros
  • Tools and household goods
Cons
  • Some small things
