Disappointing Quality, Poor Design

As a result of using this product I found that the zipper kept getting stuck and the straps were uncomfortable to wear. The only pro was that it had a decent amount of storage space, but that doesn't make up for the overall low quality of this backpack. It looked more like a cheap piece of luggage than a stylish daypack. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better backpack..
