I liked that the handle was easy to pull, although a little "squirrel". The handle broke after 2 years but felt like it should have lasted longer.

Although this bag arrived late I was disappointed. I have to say it did not disappoint. Love the bag, so much space to carry the kids, the wheels are removable so it can easily be stowed under the seat. Love the ability to roll your bag at the airport or wherever you go. Must buy. Makes your life a lot easier. All-round high-quality bag.

I love this little carrier and so does my dog. We have been able to get her into many facilities without fear of her being unwanted. He's the perfect size, easy to roll and turn, has 2 pockets for treats or small doggie bags and a leash inside for him to hold onto if we leave the door unlocked. I also like that it closes with zippers at both ends. Highly recommended! Received within 2 days, the price is very reasonable. Thank you for such a great product! **AAAAAA**

We have a small Labradoodle who weighs 30 pounds / 15 inches tall / 20 inches long. He could adjust and rotate if needed. I bought 4 other cases/returns before this one. I like the extra clips on the side so we can attach it to the seat belt. It's much safer, quieter and less annoying in the car. He's very tall for his weight (14 pounds but 17 inches) so it's hard to find porters big enough for him that aren't just HUGE. Excellent carrier. I love that I can pull it because it was a battle between my cat's size and the weight of my last stretcher. I got a lot of compliments from the vet! This carrier has nice soft sides, a thick sleeping pad with a removable cover and is roomy enough for my 19 lb cat.
