You never know when you might need Wright Wrench

Bought just to add a smaller size to the tool case and found it was one of the first ones I needed. I used it to remove the instrument cluster from a vintage boat. A task that would be almost impossible without the right tool.

Pros
  • Wrench
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

The only thing missing from the 15-piece set is the key.

I like these keys. I had a snap on flank drive. And the Wrights are just better. They are stronger, feel better in the hand. and don't dent easily. The only thing I would like to know is that Snap On has a slightly better Finnish. But very little on chrome. If you buy a 15 piece SAE set, you need to buy the 1/4" separately.

Pros
  • Combination key
Cons
  • Non-automatic

Great Wrenches: Hand Tools

I only needed one to fill a set (smaller wrenches) and the price is for a Wright wrench ($10.50 for 1/4 inch, currently 14, $10) much cheaper brands comparably so I settled on a Wright.1/4" wrench. A 4" wrench can be considered a long wrench (I actually use it to tighten a set of "long" other brand wrenches to complete), although the larger Wright wrenches aren't as long for their size as far as I can tell. However, if I had room for another set of wrenches, I'd happily buy a full set of these.

Pros
  • Power Tools and Hand Tools
Cons
  • High Price
