Must-have kitchen tool for citrus lovers

This zester grater is a game changer for adding fresh citrus flavor to your dishes! Through trial and error i found that the sharp stainless STEEL blades easily zested lemons and limes without any effort. The tool also has a comfortable ergonomic handle for easy grip. The only con is that it can be a bit challenging to clean the small blades, but it's worth it for the amazing citrus zest it produces. Overall, a must-have for any home cook who loves citrus flavors!

Pros
  • Easily grates citrus fruit for zest or garnish.
Cons
  • Requires manual effort to use which may tire hands or wrists over time.

Great tool - kitchen tools and gadgets

I'm a home brewer and I love adding citrus flavors to wines and mead, taking cheap brandy, adding orange zest and sugar and making a very cheap version of the Grand. Marnier (orange liqueur from France) I like my orange liqueur better than Grand Mariner because it is much smoother than the original. Soak the zest in the brandy for 3-5 days until it has the desired flavor, strain the zest and add sugar until you reach the desired sweetness.

Cons
  • Available in white only
