I use metal detectors at my job and I'm tired of taking my belt off every time I leave the building. I bought this as an alternative and it was way better than I expected. The fit is very close to advertised (I would add 2 inches to each waist to allow for some slack). The plastic clasp has held up well over the past few months and is a little lighter than skin. This one has completely replaced my other belt and I recommend it to anyone who needs a practical belt rather than a trendy one.

Too small. I ordered a belt up to 42" in length and I usually wear 38" pants. The belt does not fit around my waist without stretching. These straps are a little stretchy which I didn't know but that's not a problem now but with frequent use they can get uncomfortable. However, I currently prefer these straps to the die-cut or denim straps I've used in the military, which shrink when wet and then when dry. I use them daily and hope they last. I have been using military style belts with metal buckles for years. They tend to wear out within 6 months to a year. Metal buckles bend and nylon webbing wears out. They are about twice the width of military belts and the buckle is much more secure. They've never slipped for me. I don't think the webbing wears out at all because it is very secure in the buckle. The band is not as soft as military belts and seems to last a long time. The plastic buckles may have become a weak link over time…
