    Sharp, well made, good point. Double beveled tip for piercing and cutting.

    Works great. Sharp and good moment. I read the reviews and wanted the blade to have a well-formed, pointed tip. Other and cheaper models did not have a chamfer on the tip. For fine work and a sharp dagger cut you need a sharp beveled point. They do their job. They fit the blade and work. They hold an edge and are sharp. As mentioned, it would be nice to see a different style of blade made in this design.

    The first blade I tried to use seemed to have a heavier point than the standard blade (didn't break right away) but turned out to be dull

    The blades I got are slightly curved - a Kind of crescent shape. Not the number 11 I'm used to. The first blade I tried to use seemed to have a heavier point than the standard blade (didn't break right away) but dulled anyway. I can't leave the seller a bad review, but I'm still interested in the quality of the "X-Acto" brand in the future.

    These are real X-Acto blades and they're damn sharp.

    These are X-Acto blades. You know exactly what you're getting here. These are the #11 style "standard" hobby knives and are definitely sharp. I don't know if I can say I've noticed a difference between the standard blade and the Z blade, but I will say they last longer, or at least stay sharp longer than the standard blades. Whether or not this is just a placebo effect remains to be seen, but they are doing a great job. I use mine for dodgy things like paper cutting, sticky label paper, vinyl…
