I have made soap with essential oils and I can't get the smell out of these molds. They smell so bad I can't keep mold in the house. I've tried baking soda, vinegar, alcohol, pet odor remover, constant soaking and washing. I will have to throw them away after one use. I just bought another one but will never use a silicone mold scent again.

I really like this shape. It's hard to find a good shape that isn't too small. The price was great and I like to do 6 at a time. They weigh about 3.9 ounces. up to 4.3 ounces and are approximately 1 inch thick. Be sure to place the mold on a tray before filling as the silicone is not strong. You can get creative. I've tried to do tie-dye, but I'm a beginner. min., and it popped out very easily.

I have over 40 silicone molds and this one might be my favourite. I just bought this a week ago and have already made 2 batches with it. Easy to disassemble and clean. The chopsticks are the perfect size - easy to hold in your hand AND they are 1 1/4 inches thick, not the usual 3/4 inch or 1 inch like most shapes. An extra 1/4 inch doesn't seem like much. but I find it makes a big difference how long they last in the shower. It's not the best picture, but you can see how thick the stripes are…
