Don't waste your money. The voice control button never worked either. I would be better off buying another universal remote or a Sony original.

This remote control can be used. It doesn't work over 4 meters. The voice command does not work. If the detached front is shown slightly higher or slightly lower, it will not work. Compared to the original remote that came with the TV, it's half the overall quality.

I had to buy this remote twice as both remotes didn't work properly. The first time the remote worked for a week, then suddenly it stopped working. I had to send it back for a replacement. The replacement remote did not work right out of the box. I ended up returning it for a refund. Too expensive for a product that doesn't even last a week.

Works great and easy to combine, instructions included. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it has 3 sets of numbers on the bottom of the remote instead of 1 or none. I would order another one and save a few bucks instead of ordering this one if I knew it wouldn't be exactly like the picture. It works great so I'm keeping it.

Our Sony TV remote stopped working one day. I went to Revain to find a replacement. I chose them because the price was good and the front of the remote control is very, very similar to the one that came with our Sony TV. When we took it out of the box, put the batteries in, it was already synced to our TV. We are very happy with this replacement Sony remote for the price.

I've had this remote for about 8 months and then the voice button wouldn't turn off and the voice command wasn't transmitted. The TV still "saw" the device, but it didn't work. So I bought another one about 3 weeks ago. First week was fine, second week was sporadic, now the voice button stays on and no voice commands are sent to the TV. All other buttons work perfectly. Because of Revain's excellent return policy, I get a free exchange along the way. But. shish.

It's clearly a fake Sony, which didn't bother me at first. Our original remote died because it had children. So I think it will come down until I find a better replacement then I will be returning this POS. Oh, and the voice control button doesn't work, and you have to be pretty close to the TV for the remote to actually work. look and feel very cheap. I needed to know what packaging it came in, the instructions were printed out on a personal printer. It all looks cheap.
