THE MOST USEFUL MEDICAL SHOE!

my feet suffered a lot from the rocking boots. I have a long journey behind me. I could only wear one type of shoe and they weren't perfect. I had serious walking problems, I needed shoes that didn't tell my foot what to do. I've been researching shoes for a long time and this looks like a second job. Then I found Xero shoes. The science and story sounded amazing and when I got them they were just as great as I expected. I really believe these shoes will help me learn to walk properly again.

Too wide, not as adjustable as other models

I love my Mesa Trail Xero but unfortunately they don't fit me. You can't tighten the laces as tightly as you can on models with a center tongue insert, so this model doesn't offer as much customization. I have slightly narrow feet and have to pull my sides to make this work. I wear 8.5-9 in regular shoes and the 9 was too short (foot pressed against the end) and while the 9.5 was the right length, the 9.5 was noticeably wider. Without the ability to pull up on the sides, the shoe was too loose.

Helps with knee pain

Comparing the sizes of the Oswego and the Prio for women, they run slightly smaller. I have both models the same size and I have some room in the toe of my Prio. My toes just touch the end in it, but the shoe is springy enough not to feel uncomfortable. However, I wear a women's size 11 (usually a 10 or 11 depending on the brand), with a medium width and narrow heel, so it would be nice to see a larger sizing choice in the women's line. There are some styles that I won't even try as they run…

Good when I returned them for a larger size.

These shoes are very comfortable and correspond to the ad. They have a wide toe box so I can often go down a size with this shoe shape, but I had to return a size 8 and order a size 9 (I usually wear an 8-8.5). 9 fits well. Returning it was fairly easy though (using the local Revain locker). They feel good on city streets but when I was running on a very rocky trail they weren't quite as comfortable because you can actually feel the texture of the ground but it wasn't painful or anything. I…
