The product is not recognized by the printer. The online support is terrible and keeps telling me to call support. When I call Xerox about this, they tell me I have to pay for tech support. An hour of my life that I'll never get back. I will never buy a Xerox product again.

From this I derived the useful life, it was disappointingly short and then the machine told me to replace the drum. An aftermarket drum bought from Revain at half the price has already outperformed a Xerox drum. It was the right drum and it worked great as long as it lasted, which for the money it was worth wasn't enough.

Working well. I would like it cheaper. I'd like to get an envelope to send the old one back for recycling or some kind of credit for sending the old one back.

Original Equipment Manufacturer. I order toner from this site. Drum light arrived, looked for it here and was surprised at the very reasonable price. I went to YouTube and found it very easy to embed. Works great. Delivery only took a few days.

This product was defective or was not properly repaired. Obviously not a complete copy and I also replaced the toner at the same time. I would like to be sent a replacement.
