Don't waste your money - this toner wasn't enough for me.

Don't waste money - this toner didn't last 3 weeks with light desktop use. I use my 6600 to print emails or work drafts (letters, layouts, etc.) on demand. no heavy duty use at all, and my magenta, cyan and yellow are already in need of replacement. I bought the device last February and the supplied toner cartridges lasted until the end of August this year (18 months!) with the same use. If they don't last 3 weeks, it's a mugging.

Waste of money on office electronics

Don't waste your time and money if you have a small or private business. 1) You have to buy cartridges for each of the colors at the same time 2) Installed a new black cartridge (twice with two different cartridges) and got the same error message "Install new cartridge". 3) No phone or chat support unless you sign up for an expensive monthly service plan. 4) Personal support available for $295 for half an hour! It is more efficient to buy a new printer. This is the best printer I have ever hadโ€ฆ

It was not recognized by our printer, although it is compatible with it.

We were very happy to receive the goods two days before the expected delivery date. However, as soon as we connected the first one, the printer showed a chip error message. We've followed the reset and reseat instructions several times but it didn't get detected. Then we opened and tried the second. The same error message appeared on the printer screen. We also noticed that these cartridges are not new as they had scratches and scuffs visible on the outside. You could say they are not new (seeโ€ฆ
