
Don't waste your time and money if you have a small or private business. 1) You have to buy cartridges for each of the colors at the same time 2) Installed a new black cartridge (twice with two different cartridges) and got the same error message "Install new cartridge". 3) No phone or chat support unless you sign up for an expensive monthly service plan. 4) Personal support available for $295 for half an hour! It is more efficient to buy a new printer. This is the best printer I have ever had when it was working. XEROX is still targeting the large enterprise market and is actually missing out on the huge opportunities associated with small business growth and working from home. So disappointed I wish I had stayed with XEROX but I couldn't afford to work with them.
