Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

Some advantages include being lightweight, comfortable, and spacious. Both a city backpack and a sports bag in one convenient package. Pobeda aircraft crew had no issues allowing it on board as carry-on luggage. Various disadvantages: I wish there was a small compartment on the strap where I could store small items (like credit cards or keys, for example).
