Beautiful shapes and colors. It was a fun addition to our other blocks. The only reason I gave them one star is because the paint feels a little cheap and inconsistent and the wood is a little thinner than I was hoping for. It really doesn't limit how creative you can be with them. Overall a great set!

The second time this set arrived all my kids wanted to play. Remember that I have five children between the ages of 10 and 2, all of whom have shown creativity in different ways. This set comes with many parts, compared to many other sets you only get one of the components for the same price. The quality is fantastic and as long as the pup doesn't decide to chew on any parts that I can see it will last a long time.

I am only deducting one star for this shortcoming because honestly they are fantastic for the price.

Nice set, good size, complete with a flat half circle and square pieces. And the clothespin dolls are adorable too. Unfortunately, one part broke when opened. Good toy with an open end. Very Waldorf. The wood is light colored and smooth. It's not very strong. It will probably break soon. But for the price you couldn't have asked for more. Even with the broken part I recommend it. Lots of fun and different ways to play. Also great as a gift

A delightful set, bright and colorful with many items at an affordable price. I passed them on to my 2 year old daughter who seemed a little confused at first (not as obvious as her other blocks) but she quickly began building her own structures and contraptions. I love adding little figures - it inspired my child to get more creative and create things to interact with (slides, mazes and I'm pretty sure it was a human catapult). This is a really great set for imaginative play.

My little one loved this set straight away and was immediately drawn to the colours. He liked that it came in different forms and was eager to play. At first he had to hold his hand a little, he gripped very quickly, and this helped his mind to engage in creative games. The only minor thing I noticed is that the color of one of the humanoid blocks faded when we received it. With the exception of one broken part, the kit is of excellent quality and I have not noticed any problems.

They are similar to Grimm's rainbow block mini set except the color scheme is a hodgepodge of matte and gloss pieces. Basically, half of the blocks are painted with glossy color and the other half are matte. This tends to result in a mismatched appearance as gloss is very glossy and reflects light while matte is matte and absorbs light.
