I liked that they were able to be flexible with our timeline, which was very important for us at this time in my life as we are moving out of state! They also had great customer service throughout each stage from initial meeting through contract signing/acceptance letter writing process - everything went smoothly!! They provide great customer service, they are always quick to respond when I email them with questions or concerns about my subscription plan (and often before!). I like that it's easy to schedule meetings, invite people from my contacts or even friends from high school! It makes scheduling so much easier than having to do everything manually! The only thing is sometimes when you're trying to add an event it takes too long for them to load. Also, if your meeting room has wifi but they don't have access yet, then it can take more time before the person who invites you gets there because of this delay.
