This fan does its job well. As for the price difference, I'm glad I spent a little more on the 925 CFM or so than their 600 CFM version. The timer is a great feature. Set it and forget it as they say. My only issue was that my first one arrived damaged because it was packed in a tight box with no padding. (Note, manufacturer's note. Check your damaged return authorization numbers. Packaging may need to be altered.) Otherwise so far so good, just received.

I needed a good fan for my RV that would move lots of air while we were in Texas. Result is great! It has 3 settings and even the lowest setting will blow paper across the room! There is also a timer which is very handy at night. It is durable and of good quality. It has a kickstand to tilt the front if you want. I don't think it's too loud for the amount of air it's pushing.

I have three of these fans that I use most of the summer with very little downtime. They keep the air circulating on my back porch for my dogs in extreme humidity during the summer months. I put extra screens on the intakes and clean them once a week and they continue to work with no problems. They are very noisy so I wouldn't recommend them for indoor use. I never use the timer function. I wish they pushed more air through but for the price it's the best I've found.

The noise level is higher than expected when you buy these units for the first time, but only once you get used to these units, they will be very quiet compared to most. It has very good airflow and I like the choice of always-on timer and multiple time settings. No complicated electronics, only selector switches make it very easy to use.
