Can't get refills for Brother's excellent laminator anymore. It worked with little effort. I had to remove the rolls of laminate from the cartridge that came with the kit. Pull out the plugs and trim off the excess length of the roll at one end. I put in the old end caps from the Brother cartridge and in the end everything fit and worked perfectly. Not easy, but fits well in the end.

I don't like to write anything negative about products, but I have to make a statement about it. I have purchased several refill cartridges like these from Staples and they are crystal clear. It wasn't this particular purchase. If you look into the light, bubbles will appear in the glue. No air bubbles, just lines everywhere that look like they could bubble. The glue also had opacity. Works great. Slim and flexible weight that I like for certain projects. If you are using it to laminate workbook pages etc that your kids can use over and over again, dry erase markers do NOT work as well on plastic as you would like. lamination works great in my car. It contains bubbles, but I only use it for easy home school projects, so it's no big deal. I wouldn't recommend anything that needs to look super professional. My biggest criticism is the material. I can't write anything about it! dry erase and even permanent ink bubbles like marks on it. I've even tried colored pencils and oil pastels! Nothing sticks! We used it to store dates at our wedding. We had a photoshoot and used the images to create our own save data, printed it out at one of those big stores and ran it through a magnetic backed xyron. We ran side by side in pairs and only cut after missing 10 (to save the magnet) and it worked great! Full Disclosure: I sold an old school 9 inch Creative Station (see first picture) and bought it by myself before the recent redesign.
