I needed a new zipper for my expensive winter coat and was so glad I found this one, it's durable, closes smoothly and is easy to put on. This is a very durable zipper that will stand up to extreme weather conditions and won't miss when trying to zip the zipper up quickly. I wouldn't use it on thin fabrics due to the weight, but it works great for heavy coats or canvas.

Replaced the zipper on a wool coat over 25 years old. Smooth ride, satisfied with the zipper. It was an odd size for me and I was happy to be able to order it online. Installation was, well, like replacing a zipper. Over the years I've found that using clips instead of pins makes sewing in zippers much easier than pins. Came as promised, saved the trip into town.

I used this zip to replace the original zip on my daughter's long down jacket (the original zip was plastic). This zipper is strong with metal teeth and has enough fabric on each side to be sewn tightly onto the original coat. This zipper was worth the price I paid and will probably outlive the coat itself. Five stars.
