Yaletown 1-Drawer Tall Nightstand White Review

I ordered two of these, one on either side of my bed. It took me about an hour to put the first one together and about 20 minutes to put the second one together. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. One arrived in perfect condition and the other arrived with a little chip on the top near the back (that’s why 4 stars). I painted it white and blends just fine. They are really sturdy and the drawers are bigger than I anticipated, which I’m super pleased about!

I would give this a 5-star rating; however, I give it a 3. It was easy to assemble, is sturdy, and looks nice, However, in the box was two right drawer sides and not a left drawer side. It took a long time to get hold of a customer representative. I did submit a request via the website while trying to get a hold of someone for 30 minutes. Finally, I reached someone and was told it would take about a week for me to get the part.

These were a damn mess. I hired a professional to put these together (no furniture building skills here) and even the expert couldn't get the first nightstand to look right. It just didn't flush. Then the second nightstand was missing over 12 specialty pieces. I was willing to just try and reach out and request the parts that were missing, and their customer support line-- which I had to call 5 times to reach a human, and leave 2 messages-- were flabbergasted I didn't know the name(s) of the…

Nothing is labeled, You just get pieces of wood with a bag of screws and nails (some of the nails are bent). The directions do not make it easy at all. Waste of money.

First, I've searched for sturdy, stylish nightstands for months now and finally I stumbled upon these. I realized that after reading most of the negative reviews it seemed as if the reviewers weren't as skilled in putting furniture together. I'm so glad I purchased these. The wood is strong and they are actually a sturdy weight. The came out beautifully with no visible marks or splintering. I used a basic power drill and everything lined up properly!

The way they want you to put on the legs is very concerning. You can actually hurt yourself. There are definitely some cheap screws for this nightstand. It is sturdy though, and it’s perfect for a short period of time until we get a whole bedroom set. Assembling took about an hour and half.

It is absolutely beautiful! Was super easy to assemble. My husband was able to put both of them together in just under an hour with his drill gun. The white is really bright and matched our room perfectly. The drawers run smooth and is a generous size. We would totally recommend this!

We ordered two of these for our cabin master bedroom. They were so well made and looked so great, we ordered two more for the guest room. Had a scratch on the top right out of the box. I bought it for a 9 year old. So I wasn't that concerned. Also the direction could have been better. Otherwise happy with my purchase.

Received today with no apparent damage to the packaging. Opened it up to see the corner of the side wall badly damaged. Upon review of the part that were shipped, the bottom piece is missing also! Not happy!

I bought 2 of these after a bit of research. These are wonderful quality wood tables and the hardware was quality as well. These are super easy to assemble, I'm so pleased I bought these. I definitely recommend, the quality of the wood is premium compared to other tables I have dealt with!

This was not easy to assemble with those pieces! I had to go on Handy. As you can see the finished product its beautiful! I also ordered the other two (dresser and chest) that goes with the nightstand. My teen daughter loves her room.

I did not even take the time to assemble these. I opened the package and was disgusted at paying so much for such a cheap product. These are a $20 yard sale item.

The side panel came with a big chip in it. When nailing on the back cardboard, the "wood" split, you can see in the photos how far it split. Now the overall item looks good, I'm not a picky person. But it would be nice for the pieces to arrive in good condition. I look the look of the piece but the flaws are a problem. Also one of the holes wasn't drilled at all in one of the panels so the screw wouldn't go where it was supposed to. I'm hoping the piece will stay together for awhile.

Perfect night stand between twin beds in the guest room. Yes, you have to put it together but it was easy (and I have a bad back). Prepac furniture has worked well for us in the past when a relatively inexpensive solution is required.

Good night stand, was able to put everything together but the knob was missing so I have to purchase a new knob. Other than that everything was good.

Directions were reasonably understandable for a beginner assembler. Make sure to put the back panel with the darker side toward the back.

Product arrived chipped in several places, despite undamaged packaging. I love the York products, however for how easy they are to put together. A lot of thought was put into that. Very sturdy pieces. Not your typical pressed wood crap. York looks like quality and it is.
