🧼 Yardley Oatmeal and Almond Bar Soap, 4.25 Ounce, Soothing Oatmeal & Almond Scent Review

I started shaving in 1953 and I shaved with a brush and Yardley shaving cream, ours from England at the time. I used it for 10 years but finally settled on the Estee Lauder shaving cream which has pain relieving properties and I still use it today. But from bath soap neither I nor I like Dove, Ivory, Dial etc. which dry out the skin. I used to be able to buy this soap locally but for some reason nobody sells this particular Yardley brand. So I checked out good old Revain and here it is. First, let me explain that I've always had dry, sensitive skin! I have tried many products for so called "sensitive skin" but not for my skin. I have been using liquid body soap for many years. For some unknown reason I wanted to use bar soap. I think that's because I rediscovered shampoo bars and soap. I love the texture of oatmeal. Not too much, but not too little either. The sent light almonds also have the right amount. This bar of soap made me so happy that I went back to bar of soap!

VICTORIOUS SCENT OF CHEAP PERFUME. This soap stinks, I put it in the bathroom and now the whole bathroom stinks. I hate throwing things away but I just threw them away because everything stinks and the bathroom still stinks after a few hours. I bought it because I liked Yardley activated charcoal which doesn't have a strong smell. This one smells like the deodorant they put in dog bags at my local park. Stay away!

I bought this soap for less than a dollar. But she is not small and weighs 120 grams. The soap does not have a pronounced smell and does not smell much at all, especially after the start of use, it lathers well and rinses off perfectly. Very little is consumed. The photo shows a bar of soap after a week of use. I think I will continue to buy this soap. I hope my review helps someone!

I am allergic to almost every soap. I even have trouble with Ivory. However, this soap has never caused any breakouts and I just love how my skin feels after using it. If you have problematic or sensitive skin and don't want to spend a fortune on a ton of quality products, this soap is for you.
