The most unique feature of this extension for me is that it allows me as an admin, to add / edit contacts in my Sugar CRM and send emails from Gmail accounts without any hassle. I like that you can sync your CRMs directly into one place, so it makes things easier when trying to access my data from different locations or devices. Sometimes there are issues connecting via mobile browsers which cause problems for me as well! So be sure to test out any connection settings before using this tool.
