I bought two of these necklaces for my children but one of them broke after about a month (actually 34 days). He has not played with this sport and has not slept with it at all. My son told me something hurt his neck so I checked to see if it was already broken. I've tried to repair/guarantee but when I try to ship/return they won't accept the return because it's only been 30 days. If there are people who can buy a gold necklace for a low price, I do not recommend anyone to buy it.

I bought this as a gift for my grandson and shortly after we gave it to him for Christmas the chain broke. We contacted AMAZON/PORI and they agreed on a replacement. The replacement came about 3 weeks ago and today we had another interruption. Of course, for a product that costs as much as this network, it shouldn't be. My grandson is very careful, but it turns out that even the slightest pull on the chain will cause it to snap. I want my money back as my confidence in the quality of this chain
