Bought the necklace as a gift for a dear friend. Her neck is scarred, she wears 14k every day and isn't falling apart. It doesn't have to be 14kt. I want to send it back.

This is the second time it's broken and I have to pay to have it fixed. I need information about the seller, it needs to be returned or replaced

The item broke two months after ordering. The return date has passed. Now stuck with a broken gold chain Would not recommend this product

The item broke within a month. Good luck trying to get help with a repair or return. Very disappointed with the sum of money. Buy local with a guarantee.

All in all a nice chain. It was a gift and whoever received it loved it. My only concern was the weight of the chain. It was a 3mm chain and feels very light. I'm not sure if it was pure 14k gold and am concerned about damage and warping with regular wear.

It should be pure gold, but it feels empty. It's very easy. Other than that, it's very noticeable, which is a plus. I just wish the descriptions were more accurate.

Broken rope chain, hardly used. Fits perfectly, not too long and not too short. Not a good buy, waste of money! Attention buyers.

So we bought one which broke after a month. So I thought maybe find something better. The chain looked nice but broke again after just a month of wearing. Too much money spent for poor quality. Both chains are now in a package, in a chest of drawers. Getting a good chain is not that difficult.

The clasp is too small to use easily. The product was not the same as in the photos. I think I underestimated the topic. The problem with the purchase is not seeing the goods in stock

This 1.5mm gold chain is perfect for my Sacred Heart medal. I feel more confident with this thickness than what I had before. This medal is too valuable for me to lose. I am happy with my purchase.

Really nice I really liked it. It's a little thinner than the picture, I think it would be better if it was a little thicker because it breaks easily.

Gave this necklace to my 21 year old son. It literally broke in half when he pulled it out from under his shirt. Can I return for a replacement? Or get a refund? I can send it back, thanks

My wife takes great care of her necklace, but it is broken and the manufacture will not replace it. I wouldn't buy anything else. Too fragile.

The first photo was a replacement chain that we received after the first one fell apart in the same way (second photo). I would definitely not recommend this inferior product.

Got 2.5 million for Christmas. The rope broke a few hours after the pendant was attached to it. Contacted Pori and they sent me an exchange. The replacement part broke after 6 days of wearing. Very bad quality. After the replacement failed, contacted support and received no response after 4 weeks and several subsequent emails. Not a big company at all.

Bought the chain for the price and it looks good but found it a little thinner than it should be. Took it to a jeweler and found that it is! Measured at 3.6mm. Not 4mm.

I bought my wife a cord necklace as a Christmas present. Only to later discover that the necklace couldn't support the weight of the pendant. The 20 inch rope chain was found to be hollow. Although the chain could probably be repaired, the jeweler indicated that it would break again, which was only a matter of time given the poor quality of the piece.

Neckless was nice for the money but broke with normal wear and tear just a few weeks after purchase, just 2 days after the return window closed
