Excellent lightweight vest. I live in California so I have to wear it with a t-shirt or a thin shirt. Great fabric with a nice sheen. Red is also attractive - not brick red and not blood red. Has a bit of pink. amaranth?

It was great but when I wore it open the zip caught on something - maybe a branch - and wrinkled it. The zipper will not move beyond this point. I can still wear it open on cool days but it's not what I was hoping for.

I bought the orange color. It's very good, but please don't buy the blue color. It is not the same as shown in the photo. I received it and then opened it but the color is very terrible and it is very dark blue. Looks like green. It should be light blue. So I didn't even open the bag and sent it right back.

Fits great, color is PHENOMENAL, perfect fuchsia. It's a bit thin. Shipping by post in a vacuum package. So I figured it might take a day or so for it to swell. No, I've worn it several times, still very thin. I live in Minnesota so I don't think I'll be wearing it in the winter. Spring will be perfect.

"Down jacket?" You're kidding. This vest fits great but is not puffy in any way. I didn't buy it for warmth, so I don't care - I bought it to wear while walking my dog during fall hunting season in rural Vermont - I just wear it over a cozy fleece jacket. It's a pleasingly bright, eye-catching orange color; not exactly bright orange, but it mostly does the job I bought it for. Do I want it warm? Yes! And I believe that the product should be as advertised.

While I agree with other reviews that this vest is very light and thin, this is exactly what I was looking for. This is not a down jacket. It will be boxed and shipped back with some travel. I have the orange (which is quite light orange) to wear on walks and for visibility. I love the inside and outside zip pockets. Will it last? Probably not for long, but it won't be an everyday vest. And I didn't want to spend $200 on a leading brand name. It fits the bill!
