Extremely easy to install. I am disabled and have trouble with strength in my arms when reaching overhead and shoulders. It was MUCH easier than trying to screw it in. The glue is VERY strong. My first paper towel pull didn't come off properly because I got stuck in the holder while loading, BUT it did NOT pull it down (which happens to others) when I pulled HARD. one lives up to one's name.

Installed 3 days ago, works great. I see some reviewers complaining that the glue doesn't work. Mine is mounted under a wooden cabinet and is not near any heat sources, so the glue was fine. I chose this model because it is quiet - one guy makes a clicking noise. Also, I didn't want it to only attach to one side and then dangle - I know if I'm lucky I'll get one that tips over. I wanted something modern looking so I didn't have to remove the end piece to load and I didn't need just a pole to slide the roll of paper towels onto, so this was the best option I found. I hung this paper towel holder over the sink in my butler's pantry where I didn't want anything on the counter. The device itself is solid! In no case will it deform. As for the people who have complained about it not staying installed: you don't need to have read the online instructions.
