Very cute candles for our new garden! They're really cute and decorative, and the smell is pleasant - not too strong for citronella. They were packaged well - will definitely buy again!

These candles are cute enough, which is why I bought them, but if you plan on using them outdoors (and you certainly will), remember they won't be burning all the time. Even the slightest breath of wind extinguishes them. To save them we put them in other pots, but they are essentially useless. super unhappy!

They have been recommended by Revain for citronella candles. I like the three wick style. The tins weren't exactly the color and pattern I wanted, so I gave them to my parents. Upon visiting and using candles (only one at a time) I find that they repel mosquitoes. Some mosquitoes or other insects are sometimes attracted to the flames, so a little cleaning may be needed before the wax hardens.
